Wallops Island VA HD-LiDAR

As a subcontractor AXIS GeoAviation LLC was contracted to acquire HD-LiDAR data to be used for mapping in support of Wallops Island Beach monitoring project.  Data was acquired within +/- 2.5 hours of low tide.  Acquisition using a 2004 Cessna 206H equipment with Harrier 68i Sensor at an altitude of 1722’ AMT for this 6.5 square mile corridor.
